Aisha Hinds is an American actress best well-known for her performances in the tv shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003, she has proven her versatility in the role of actress with stunning performances in television shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. Her character on Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the first one to catch her the attention of viewers. It was, however, her role as Fannie Lou (a woman's advocate for women's rights) in the biographical All the Way film that led to her fame as an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's historical dramatic series Underground.
